What is the minimum booking hours?

At TLG Management, our minimum booking requirement is 4 hours. This policy ensures our staff are provided with fair and sustainable working hours, while allowing adequate time for proper deployment, briefing, and effective service delivery on site.

Shorter shifts can compromise both staff welfare and the quality of service — by maintaining a 4-hour minimum, we uphold professional standards, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure every deployment adds value for our clients.


Can I hire one guard?

In most cases, we do not deploy a single guard on their own. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff, as working alone can pose increased risks — particularly in high-footfall, high-risk, or isolated environments.

Deploying a minimum of two team members allows for safer incident management, better support in emergencies, and ensures there is always cover during breaks or unexpected situations. However, we assess each request individually, and for low-risk settings, exceptions may be considered based on a full risk assessment.

Our priority is to deliver effective security while maintaining the highest standards of safety for both our clients and our team.

What is the minimum booking duration?

To guarantee thorough planning, setup, and wrap-down, our minimum engagement is 4 hours. This window allows our team to arrive early for site inspections, conduct pre-event walkthroughs with you and your vendors, manage the event itself, and complete post-event tasks—delivering the high standards of service TLG is known for.


Can I book just one event coordinator?

We typically deploy a team of at least two staff—one lead coordinator plus a support assistant—to cover both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and to ensure uninterrupted coverage during breaks or concurrent tasks. For very small-scale events, we may consider a single coordinator after evaluating your requirements and venue layout through a detailed planning call.


How do you manage guest check-in and ticketing?

TLG provides fully staffed registration desks equipped to scan e-tickets or manually verify credentials. We integrate with your chosen ticketing platform, print on-site badges or wristbands, and maintain real-time attendance logs—so you can track arrivals, handle on-the-spot upgrades, and resolve entry issues with professionalism.


Do you handle vendor and supplier coordination?

Yes. From caterers and AV teams to florists and entertainers, TLG manages all supplier communication and scheduling. We distribute detailed call sheets, oversee load-in/load-out windows, troubleshoot logistical challenges, and ensure every partner adheres to your timeline and quality standards.


What if there’s an emergency on-site?

TLG’s event teams are trained in basic first aid, crowd management, and emergency evacuation procedures.
